Holy Svengoolie!
I Did anyone catch Svengoolie last night for “The Crawling Eye”.
I missed the beginning but for some reason Svengoolie had a Batman theme going on. Featuring a study and if you look out the window a Berwyn 14 miles sign. Also a Svengoolie cave and spinning chicken.

He did that for his Pandemic era shows-- he also has a background that has a cave with various Svengoolie Mobiles and Costumes in glass cases -- METV still shows Batman, and I know Rich is a big fan of the AW Batman show.

How did I not know about this show? Reminds me of the Cincinnati based Cool Ghoul on WXIX Channel 19 I watched as a kid!

We never miss it-- we "watch" it with my wife's Grandfather who lives 1000 miles away.
Sat at 8 eastern time.
If you have an over the air antenna you can pick it up as a sub-channel.
If your cable or satellite company doesn't carry it you can subscribe to FrndlyTV.com which is $7/mo and has a channel in the Roku store and carries both METV and METV2 as well as Heroes and Villains and a bunch of other vintage airing channels.

All Rich has to do now is move on to become the 'voice of ABC' and he will have perfectly followed the legendary Ernie Anderson. Then again, nobody watches ABC anymore so maybe not.

I will say this ,if you like endless commercials interrupted by the occasional old show then MeTV is the place to be. A better option is youtube: you pay a monthly fee and no ads.
