Tight dying question

Post by Grayvette03 »

I'm now ready to color my tights. I have seen several formulas on the board both current and archived. I'm going to use the pearl gray and purple. I plan on adding some tee shirts to the mix to make a pound (going to be a gravity challenged Batman...lol)
I've seen 3 boxes of gray and 2 being used. What has worked well in the past. I did purchase the supplex spandex. I also emailed RIT with a few questions as I will be using a front loader and wasn't sure if all the colors had to be mixed in the 4 cups of water together and if I can add the mix directly to the unit instead of using the dispenser because I don't think it will hold 4 cups of the mixture.
Thanks as always...
