Catwoman’s Necklace

Hi All,

Sorry if this has been explained elsewhere - I did a bit of digging but couldn’t find anything.

Something I’ve often wondered - was it ever explained why Lee didn’t wear the necklace in the movie when it was already an established part of Catwoman’s costume in season 1? And then, when Eartha took on the role, why she wore it differently to Julie (Julie’s dangled and moved freely whereas Eartha’s was kept in position and didn’t budge at all)

It's my belief that the necklace was simply not ready for the big screen.
It looked flashy on the small screen but would have been seen as the thrown together piece it was on the big screen.
My two cents...
