Help with "pen" images from Batman the movie
In this scene from Batman the Movie the four villains are sitting around a table taking notes and each are using a personalized pen with toppers. It is very hard to see the details. Jokers almost looks like a Jack in the Box head. Cabwoman's has a cat head of course. I can see more details when I'm watching my DVD than this photo shows.
If there is any chance anyone has better images, I would love to see them. The pens are almost unnoticeable, but it intrigues me that someone went to the trouble to make them, and they were not shown clearly and of course I want to make them.

I have never noticed that.
It is surprising the details present in some shows and movies that are never really used.

The only relatively high resolution image I could find of that scene online is this link, but it doesn’t offer any clarity. Very interesting detail and extraordinarily sharp eyes, Randy!

The fact they were/are barely noticeable makes me wonder if they were not some sort of honorary prop gifts to the actors from the crew? If so, I wonder if Adam and Burt received anything and, if so, were they also in the movie somewhere and missed?
"Hmmm... I don't like the twist this joke is taking. Let us away! Let us away!"

I love this scene and so many others because each one of the actors are so committed to their character. You can tell they are not holding back or embarrassed. The pens are something that each one is holding but interacting with in their own way. The actors are a huge part of why I love this series so much. Adam and the whole crew acting their hearts out but not overacting to the point of spoiling the other characters or making it a competition like Jim Carrey's Riddler did.
Film direction and editing has changed so much through the years too. So many cool props made for this show that never got that three second closeup shot to show them off. The camera just sat in a far shot and panned left and right. I'm always searching the rooms for those items.

Amazing that you spotted this. I have a very fond spot for the Movie since that was all we had for the longest time, and I actually like it. Double feature it with GHOST AND MR CHICKEN and you've got a full night's entertainment!

Loved “The Ghost and Mr. Chicken.” My son and I watched it last year. Such fun.

I'm 100% in on the double feature idea!
Now we need some Icee's, Popcorn and some Hotdogs!

We still have a drive-in theater in a nearby town. Great BBQ sandwiches. Ready to watch that double feature.

I am assuming the Riddler's pen topper is a question mark and the Penguin's is a penguin head?
"Holy nostalgia, Batman!"
