That was actually a top-notch set. Was this100% built for the BM show? Was it this nice because of the budget of the movie?
As far as I know it was all on a soundstage and not a real house....correct?

I saw about eight of them as part of the Heritage auction from last year.

Actual stills not in my possession, just images from an online auction. I removed the duplicates images and put the unique 10 in this montage.

One of these things is not like the other... 6028 is the production number for "Hi Diddle Riddle". 6036 however is not a Batman epsiode.

These images for the most part are of the Pilot version of the Wayne Manor sets for Batman, which was filmed using the exisiting sets from another Fox show set during WW2 called "Twelve O'Clock High". The TOCH standing sets were over at the Fox Western lot in Hollywood proper, whilst the Batcave and the Pilot's other interiors were filmed on the main Fox lot over in Century City. Once the show was green-lit to series, the production moved over Desilu Culver thanks to mid-year space constraints on the Fox back lot.
