That new head was originally a ReAction Korben Dallas (from "The Fifth Element"), with the hair colour-changed to grey. His transparent helmet - painted silver - and movable faceplate came from a FourHorsemen female "Outer Space Men" astronaut I found on eBay. I made the helmet match the "Batman '66" villain's look, somewhat, with some quickset putty and silver paint.

So, now customising an Eli Wallach Mr Freeze as well, from another Otto Preminger Mr Freeze. (Comparison with the smaller Funko "chase" figure of Wallach.)

As creepy as Otto's look was with his bald-silver dome, your custom has confirmed that it would have been even worse if they'd given him a rug
I liked how "The Return of the Caped Crusaders" did a compromise between Otto and Eli.
