How Therin of Andor ended up in Guinan's bar

This week, on the eve of "Star Trek: Picard" Season 2 premiere, my NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) seemingly lapsed. The news was out on Twitter. I have been sitting on this secret since July 2021.

Production Designer, Dave Blass tweeted pics from the set of 10 Forward Avenue (Guinan's bar in the series), as did "Entertainment Tonight". Look carefully at these pics of John deLancie (Q) and Patrick Stewart (Picard) and you will see… my cosplay and fanfic characters, Therin of Andor and Grol of Tellar (and my custom insignia of the starship USS Hood). We are set decoration photographs on the wall of Whoopi Goldberg's domain.

All I can say is "Whoopi, I have become canon!"

PS:

I just heard that the hostess of the "Ten Forward" After Show (which screened to the virtual attendees of the exclusive premiere event for "Star Trek: Picard" Season Two), actually pointed out my pic during her presentation!

It also seems that they have added the Therin & Grol two-shot as a simulated Polaroid, just left of the framed pic of Therin.

OMG, the Therin love continues in Episode #4, "No Win Scenario". What a week to be at a concert in a zoo when the episode drops Down Under! My phone went crazy in the afternoon, with intriguing little "What the -?" messages and alerts, and then my phone battery faded out. Great concert, though.

Finally got to see the episode after midnight! And wow! I am in Blue Heaven, I think. And Jack tells an Andorian anecdote while I hang between him and Picard.I guess I can say that I have shared scenes with Sir Patrick Stewart and Ed Speleers, and my cosplay outfits are now "screen-used". Even the cardboard phaser from James Razzi's "Star Trek Action Toy Book" is now canon!

Designer Dave Blass put out a request for images on Twitter just after the end of Season One, but we were not able to know how our pics might get used. Many fans were suspicious and thought it was a scam!

Also, are familiar with " The World's Greatest Generation " podcast?
