I don't think we've seen a color shot of the travel trailer, and I don't know if this helps, but here are screen grabs from "American Pickers" when the went to George Barris' shop and picked this original drawing. Not sure if the trailer had this color detail or not?

Thanks for the pictures. It's maybe an idea: "BATMOBILE" in yellow, "Batsign" in red and the trailer is black.

You could try emailing Barris Kustoms through their website.
And why doesn't Batman dance anymore? Remember the Batusi?

That actually looks darn good. Use some solvaset decal set solution and those decals will set right down over those curves and will look like they were painted on.
