Thats a cool product. I normally open most of my stuff, but the packaging part with the background pics is my favorite thing. Only negative about that is the cars appear to be under plastic covers inside the box. I wish the covers were not there, so it displayed better.

I love how they skipped the Clooney and Affleck Batmobiles! :-)

Not at all interested in an incomplete "anniversary collection". No Filmation '68 or DCEU Batmobile? Hard pass, and who on earth needs yet another '66 Batmobile in the Hot Wheels scale?

Figures to scale. Missing the red convertible, the 40’s Batmobile, the 50’s crime lab Batmobile, and a host of others as mentioned. They already have many of these in 1/50 scale, so scaling to 1/64 seems straightforward.

I do as that Adam West figurine that comes with it looks sweet! I think this is only for live action Batmobiles so I can see why Filmation got skipped. I DO want to see that made by Hot Wheels someday though.

I think it’s the figures that do it for me as well.

Agreed with you guys, the figures and the artwork is what makes this. Like Randy said, this would be a nice one to keep MIB as is, even for those of us who tend to whip most of our goodies out for display.

I'm with Ben, the graphics and the AW Figure would be the only reason to get this-- I don't care about the other Batmobiles especially the latest one or the Affleck one. It would have been fun if they had the '39 Cadillac from the first serial and the 49 Mercury from the second serial-- but nobody is going to do deep digs like that.
Agree that the focus here is on live action-- but it would have been fun to have the iconic comic versions-- the '40, the '50, the sports car '65 version and so on.
Easy pass for me too.

I don't collect anymore, but if I did I'd pass on this as well. I'm amazed how many times, when it comes to the 1966 Batmobile, Hot Wheels keeps trying to reinvent the wheel (no pun intended).

But, but, but… the diecast figures! :D

Yes, the diecast figure is the selling point. Note that I say figure, singular. For me, if it isn’t the 1966 Batman, it isn’t Batman. 🤣

...and they rarely get it right. Their best effort was the 1:18 diecast car, and even that was flawed, but the Hot Wheels scaled cars were always off, and not much more accurate than the Corgi Jr or Husky '66 Batmobiles, which is shocking, considering the technology manufacturers have to make more accurate replicas in this era.

Ben, that was hilarious! What I really would like to see is Hot Wheels put out a die-cast version of The Big Wheel that was popular in the early '70s. I never got one and it traumatized me. Still feeling the effects to this day. In my mind I just keep hearing "Big Wheel... By MARX!" over and over again. :P
