I'm working on a Burt Ward bust to go with the Adam West bust.
Still a long way to go but it's getting there.
It feels good to be pushing clay!
This hair is just place keeping for a wig so I can get the right skull shape.
I'm thinking of also making it available with sculpted hair for those that don't want the hassle of a wig.
I welcome any thoughts

Excellent sculpting, Chuck. That is museum level of artistry & quality without a doubt.
From the source photos of Ward, I assume you're sculpting his features as he appeared early in season one? If so, its fine, but I think Ward--once the "salad days" were over by the end of season one--filled out. He was building muscle and his cheeks were not as drawn if you go by his appearance in the movie. Still, you have created something that is a standout!
I should also say it's still early days on this.
In the beginning it's like drawing a caricature to get the broad resemblance fairly quickly.
The way I sculpt, once the overall shapes are blocked out, I start adding tiny bits of clay refining the surface and shapes.
It will start to soften up as the process continues and he gets "fleshed out".
Quick, Everyone, Flee for your lives, into the street!!!!

It would be fantastic to find out Burt had the lifecast done back then!!!
I wonder too if he did. Has anyone heard officially? I got to meet Jill St. John a couple years ago at a comic con and asked her if she knew. She said she wasn't certain, but she thinks they did. She said the rubber Robin mask they used in the episode really looked like Burt.

That was the first thought that crossed my mind! Great that you got to meet and ask JSJ.
