I just bought a Walther PPK 9mm handgun (James Bond's gun) for my collection and everyday carry-- and it wasn't cheap so I'm on a spending freeze for a while, but this would be a BIN for me.
LOVED my Classic Plastick Batman!!! Back before Sideshow & Mattel it was the closest I could get to a figure resembling Adam. Wes was always a pleasure to deal with. A reminder of a time when the merchandise was not so abundant ….

What year PPK?
I have a Hungarian knockoff FEG MkII
Plays the 007 them on superfast violins (you need to be Hungarian to get it - Alex will know).
There's an old thread on the old website where Wes sold me some parts and I built a Batman with his guidance. Anthony Durso made the display box for me! Sweet!
Wow talk about irony-I also own a Hungarian knockoff PPK from 1986. I have two Walther Ppks one is stainless steel from 2006 and the other is black and brand new.
I can completely understand why Ian Fleming was recommended to have Bond switch from his Beretta 25 caliber to the PPK-- it's got great sites and it's extremely accurate for a small gun. It matches my full size Beretta 92 almost to the point on the range-- and that's saying something. For you non-gun fans-- a smaller barrel generally affects the accuracy of the firearm, but a long barrel is harder to carry concealed. The PPK is half the size of my 92 but has about 2/3 the stopping power.
The Hungarian is actually a pretty solid choice too- it's well put together and nearly as accurate as the PPK. Walther finally resolved import duties in the US so they are going to be more readily available.
