Kermit the frog here

Below is a picture of what I'm trying to accomplish. Needing more info. I've looked everywhere. All I can afford is a shirt I bought at a thrift store along with things I already have here like some thin padding. And I'm not seeing it come together. I might have the pattern wrong from various websites. My problem is the head. I have a bidder hand so I need pattern tweeking I'm not sure. I talked to Mr. Churk Williams and he pointed me out to a fellow Muppeteer. Any info reguarding the head would be great.

Well folk's I haven't heard back from the guy yet so I took matters in my own hand. BWWWAAAAHAHAHAHA!!!

Anyway's I have below some pics of my progress of the Kermit build.
It looks like I'm in the right direction.
