I guess it falls into the old "female-connected toy" stored in the Boys' Toys aisle category. Not seen as a bestseller. Although Eaglemoss did a larger version of the Batgirlcycle a few years later.
I never really thought of that, Ian, but that’s probably the best explanation for why they never released something en masse that they already created the dies to make.

And now The Joker has turned up!

I found these on eBay. My kids don't know it yet but they're getting me these for Christmas. 😄

No, not a pre-order.
It should arrive tomorrow or the next day.

Are you planning to repaint the striping to red?

Probably not. I just don’t have a steady hand for detail work, anymore. Wish I did.

I do plan to rework the Batcave, though.

Lou, would you repaint the ethe pinstripes to red if you could? I dig the Red/orange (Cherise) stripes that the original had, and this is one of the few cars that featured it.
I also dig the scale of the Jada with the Mcfarlane Batcave. That looks pretty cool.

Grabbed a BATMAN #9 this week-- love these early Batman's and you can see the connection from the Golden Age Batman and Robin to the TV Series style.
