She's been in a few things, having doubts she's a Marsha now. Maybe more Queen Bee or Ultra Violet

We need an actress that can ham it up, walk around in pink evening gowns and go into raptures over diamonds.

I keep thinking of Madonna's video "Material Girl", where she's wearing a dead on copy of Marilyn Monroe's pink dress, with the white opera gloves, surrounded by boy-toys and being offered jewels by the truckload.

Kristin Chenoweth? She played Glinda in the musical 'Wicked', and is blonde.

She's also very beautiful, with a neat figure, and I can easily picture her going gaga over a bunch of diamonds, rubies, emeralds, etc.

Mattman, I just thought of something.Why not feature The Sea Hag and The Tiger Shark in their own individual Batman Adventure stories?For example,The Dynamic Duo vs.The Sea Hag in one story,and The Dynamic Duo vs.The Tiger Shark in another.Something to consider for the future,Old Chum.

Again,like Kim Cattrall,a few years ago the Madge idea for Marsha would have been a great choice,and based on Material Girl(first record I bought a girl btw) that would have been jackpot.

As for Gaga, I have plans for her....

In terms of 2 villains i one story-there is always scope to give them individual tales of course!
