The 2026 Hot Wheels 1/64th BatBoat in black color. It's only one per case of 72 cars, so it won't be easy to find! Pix from WS Mart Diecast.

I think that's even less per case than the blue version. I'm normally good at finding stuff but I haven't seen one of the blue ones in the Wild yet. Frustrating.
