Last week at a Target store, saw this Jada 1/25 '66 Batmobile in blue color. First time I'd seen it. It was $6.99 and about 5-6" in length.

Is there any explanation for the blue color? Is this how the Batmobile appeared in a poster somewhere overseas, like the red suit Batman? I have not really understood the reasons behind multicolored versions of the Batmobile. I found the Funko versions interesting, and I’m guessing they’re based on some poster somewhere, but it’s only a guess. I’m sure someone on here knows if there is a reason, besides a money grab, for the different colors.

When it was listed for pre-order on sites like BBTS it said "Animated Style" -- so who knows. Artistic license, I picked one up last Winter-- its a fun little car.

Reminded me of the vintage Japanese '66 Batmobile tin toy that was similar blue in color. See photo in this article: https://13thdimension.com/toy-fair-2017 ... gure-line/

Yes! Like Chuck’s animated cowl project. That would have made a cool figure.

When I first saw the Batboat image, I thought it was a AI fake mainly because of the Adam West Batman and Robin images sitting in the boat. The boat IS officially listed on the Hot Wheels site, but it said image unavailable.

I hope it does have wheels. They are listed on the official site.

Did they already release the '66 Batboat in the smaller size? I ask because look what I found in a drawer at home! I searched eBay and Googled but could not find out when they released this earlier model without the wheels that the 2025 model will have.

That looks bigger than Hot Wheels scale-- maybe it's the 1/50 they did a few years ago?
The one that came on a trailer.
