Btw, I made a MacFarlane style Batgirl changing room and got about 75% printed and stopped for other stuff. It was looking pretty cool if I say so myself. Need to go back at it now that the cycle is out.

Too many things I want to make.
I'm a big fan of Batman 1966 and other Batman movies too. I collect Batman cars, figures, collectibles and have many interests. https://www.instagram.com/antman.cosplayer/

The press release says that Mattel doesn’t take over licensing rights until the second half of 2026, which Barnabas Collins pointed out on this board. I’m not sure I agree with the conclusion that the McFarlane line has been canceled already. And the video makes it clear that it is just an opinion. I guess we will see.

When Mattel takes over, I hope they pick up the ‘66 stuff where they left off. No need to start over!

McFarlane Toys has until July 2026 to sell DC figures. Todd said he is working on a George Reeves Superman, the rights for Lynda Carter Wonder Woman, and a 7" lights and sound 1966 Batmobile with a my guess a 7-in Burt Ward Robin and an earth 2 JLA #55 Robin. So since he said it he has about 20 months to finish everything. I think we will see prototypes at SDCC 2025 or NYCC.

The only new info on McFarlane's retro figures (Super Friends retro wave 12) from this weekend's WonderCon, is a release date of April 2025. Photo found on https://dccollectors.com/2025/03/28/mcf ... 5-reveals/

They just released official pics for Batman, Lex Luthor, Green Lantern, and Sinestro here:

I have a full set of the DC Direct figures and these McFarlane ones do not measure up. Plus, the accessories look clunky or silly. Pass.

Those don't look like the 6" figures in the cockpit-- any word on what the scale is?

This is an April Fools joke. This is a picture of the Batcopter Hallmark Keepsake ornament from years ago. You can tell by the hook loop at the very top. Good one!
