Another confirmed villain (albeit in a cameo in the next episode's pre-title sequence) will be a villain from the original animated series- Professor Bubbles. Anyone remember him?

There was Professor Bubbles, Zarbor, Sweet Tooth, Chameleon, Nostromo and Electro I believe.

I have almost named them before. One is a cameo, from the Filmation series and one from the Animated series of the early 90s

I have a new Batman Villain in mind for you.Her name would be Heatwave.Like The Sea Hag,she likes to steal Gems,Furs,and Money.You can Google up a possible picture of her by going to the 1981-1983 "Spiderman And His Amazing Friends" website,and use the picture of Firestar.Like The Sea Hag,Heatwave would be beautiful,sexy,and EVIL.Her goal is to be the Queen Of Crime in Gotham City.Batman and Robin stand in her way.Heatwave could be played by Kim Kardashian or a young actress with red hair.Elmer J.Graham Jr.,Keyport,New Jersey.

Was thinking of the Videoman, a computer game freak who turn into a video game character
Also,the Leap Frog (and his girlfriend Lilly Padd), Scarlett Fever, the Skunk, the Chessmaster, the Sultan and the One-armed Bandit (loved the initial idea on the Joker Goes to School)

The One-Armed Bandit makes me think of the One-Armed Man from the TV series, The Fugitive.

He was chased by Dr. Kimball for five years, while the poor doctor was chased by Inspector what's his name for the same amount of time.
