I'm with you Randy-- been that way for a long time now.
I'm out of room and not expanding anytime soon-- in fact, the likelihood is the opposite, so adding more to the pile, no matter how cool it is, just doesn't make a lot of sense.
I found making a digital photo album of stuff that I would have bought but didn't tends to scratch the collector itch. Much like Chip Kidd's book helped me to get rid of quite a few vintage items I had.

My Mom is in a position now where we are looking at 3 year/5 year and optimistically 10 year plans. She got rid of a lot of stuff, but she's still got a lot of stuff. I don't want my kids to have to sort through storage bins of items I once had to have and then just stored away. I'd rather put them on eBay and let someone who wants them to get them.

Wise. I keep saying the same thing but I just haven’t been able to bring myself to do it. I did donate a lot of lesser items, but the stuff I really like is hard to part with. But, I don’t wanna burden my son. I’m still dealing with all of my dad‘s collection. There’s enough collect for two lifetimes of eBay.

Rumor mill indicates McFarlane retro wave 14 will include Super Friends (SF wave three) figures for Aquaman, Bizarro, Bizarro Batman, Brainiac, and Zan. Consider this a rumor until officially announced by McFarlane Toys.

I hope Todd still makes this, Lynda Carter WW, and the George Reeves Superman now that he'll lose the DC rights in July 2026.
Since he last told me he has about 21 months to finish all this.

The interview where he discusses all this is on YouTube.
Another rumor is that McFarlane's DC Multiverse will release the '66 Batmobile. I presume this is for the larger 7" figures, like you mentioned?!? Again, consider this a rumor until officially announced by McFarlane Toys!

They are doing the same to ruin this line as they did with Batman 66 with all these useless variants like Bizarro Batman. We could have had Mad Hatter, Bruce Wayne, Dick Grayson and False Face if they weren’t wasting room with figures like a second Masked Joker and a Batgirl in 1992 Animated Series style. No, instead of Wonder Woman or Black Manta they are doing Evil Batman, Bizarro Batman. It’s really annoying. We know time is running out for McFarlane and if he don’t stop this kind of nonsense we won’t even complete the main 5 Super Friends let along getting cool figures like Scarecrow, Penguin and Joker.

Older wave of McFarlane retro '66 Batman figures spotted at Ross Dress for Less, including Alfred, BookWorm, Batman with Wings, Wax Robin, and one other. As Ross is a closeout/off-price retailer, toy inventory at individual locations is extremely spotty.

I saw McFarlane Super Friends retro wave two at a Target yesterday. This wave has also been seen at Walmart stores.

Just back from a vacation in Perth, Western Australia. I found these "Superfriends!" Sadly, no Cheetah.

Arrived home in Sydney and found... one Cheetah!

Great job on Pussycat, Ian. Your eye for repurposing and kit-bashing skills are excellent.

Thanks. Love that exhilaration when I spot a random figure that has the perfect head or torso for the beginnings of a new potential custom!

So, in the middle of the night, I realised that I had left Evil Superman on the pegs in several stores recently, and had never even noticed the "Platinum" stickers! I checked the back of the collector cards from the other "Superfriends" figures and Evil Superman wasn't listed there! Evil Superman is a simple repaint, with the same accessory as "Superfriends!" Superman. I did rather like the Kryptonite ball and chain, but I hadn't needed another Superman, since I already had the "Batman '66" version that came out before.

But it was a rare figure, and still on the pegs! I am no longer near the first two, so off I went to the last one I'd seen. Success!

My custom Clark Kent and Bizarro with the "Batman '66" Superman and the new McFarlane Toys' "Superfriends!" Evil Superman is sometimes called Eradicator in other series. Abominable Snowman movie playset from Spin Master.
