Yeah, that's the case. I've contacted several of my 1/6 dealers (who were advertising their intent to carry Enigma Villain), and they said they do not know when it will be released, or its "supposed to be available by Q2", which just ended in June. All anyone can do is shrug their shoulders at this point.

Pre-Orders are a tricky thing-- even on eBay-- PayPal only protects you for so long-- so I always wait until something is actually in stock.
