1966 Topps Batman Cards

Post by antman67 »

I used to collect baseball cards and really love batman66 so I took some Topps 1966 baseball cards and made my own Batman cards with photo software. I really like how Robin came out. I made one card for every Batman character.
Good idea?
Like or no like?
If you like I can post more.

I think this came out quite nicely! Here's my thoughts to keep the symmetry with the baseball cards: Where the team name normally goes, how about CRIMEFIGHTERS. Then move Robin's name down to where the name usually is, and where the position goes, you could put BOY WONDER. Joker, Penguin, etc then become VILLIANS and you could have some fun making up "positions" for them.

Crazy money that his "rookie" Topps card high graded 8 can go for!
There is another 8 graded card available asking $9,212.69 or best offer
Even low graded cards 3-4 getting around $400

I decided to stick with a 1966 theme because Batman started in 1966 and ran until 1968. So, here's some more 1966 Topps cards I made for all you bat-fans! Actual cards they never deep dived into the one off or lesser known characters, so I decided if your name was in the credits at the end of the show, you will get a card! It's too bad they didn't actually make these cards, so if they don't make what you want, then DIY so I did, and will continue if you like

Did you do a card for Alfred? I always felt he got ignored on the hero side of things most of the time.
