I think the cowl will be the tricky part. She has to wear glasses so going to try and make it fit over them.

She is lucky to have you as a dad, and you are lucky to have her as a daughter. :)

That is awesome, and I could only wish my 9 year old daughter would want to be Batgirl.

Big win for you, Larry!

First time I've seen what I presume to be working pouches on a Batgirl belt.

I'm liking it!! :)

Well done!

Sorry Chuck they are fastened closed. But I may at a later date replace them with snaps.

This is great! I'm using the belt from the Grand Heritage Batgirl costume, but I'm having a friend re-do the compartments out of yellow vinyl so that they're actually useable. After all, lipgloss, cash, a credit card, and a cell phone are all important and useful times in a woman crime-fighter's arsenal!

(and Batgirl doesn't carry a purse)

Depending upon her eyeglass prescription, you could always pick up a pair of ordinary reading glasses, take the lenses out and affix them to the inside of the cowl instead of worrying about eyeglass frames and the discomfort & damage to the cowl that they might bring.

They come in various strengths so you could test them on her to find the one that helps her see clearest or at least clear enough to move around. Get the thinnest lense you can find.

Could also use an old pair of RX glasses and pop out the lenses.
