I tried to order the hardcover following the link, but only found the paperback from 2013. Is the updated book still available?

BTW, Friends, the hardcover is worth every penny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great job as always Andy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If You can only get one book about the serials, get this one, folks!!!!!!! You won't regret it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
