The Green Hornet: "Well, to the world at large, they're known as the 'Caped Crusaders'--fearless crimefighters. Whereas, due to the nature of our operation, the same world at large world looks on us as...criminals. Only a few know different."

Tut: My Queen is disloyal, the Handmaiden is a traitor, and everybody's being mean to me...

It's the use of "shan't" that really sells this one for me. Victor Buono had some incredible lines and his delivery was even better. The quote by Ben above is another favorite.
A line that became something of an in-joke between me and my little sister was... "WHHHAT?!" with an emphasis on the "h." It's from Zelda the Great. I'm sure this is the only group of people who will know what I'm referring to.
The "Poor, but honest..." line gets some use in my day-to-day life, as well.
