As far as the Old Chum goes,I was referring to Mattman.The Catman was also a Batman Villain in the Batman Comics of the early Sixties as well.I do not know the exact number,but a 1963 Batman Comic in which in order to help capture The Catman,The Batwoman disguises herself as The Catwoman.I still think that The Catwoman-The Catman team up would be excellent.Wildcat would not be so bad either.Also,Batman called Robin Old Chum in the Sixties TV Series.I meant no offense,Riddlersgurl.

Only if it's a ball of yarn. 
Most cats ignore biscuit type treats; mine certainly did.
So did my dog, for that matter.

How about Antonius Lupus?
(Why do I keep thinking of Remus Lupin? This has nothing to do with Harry Potter.)
Old World background, Italian parentage, highly educated, extremely dangerous to cross.
Hmmmmm.....I'm envisioning a man of maybe 6'2", black hair, with slight touches of white, deep brown eyes, acquiline nose, indeterminate age, EXTREMELY wealthy, and is considered one of the most dangerous men in Europe, according to the Underground.
Sharp canine teeth, short, sharp nails (not quite claws, but very thick and sharp as all heck.)
Trained fencer, astute businessman, and is determined to establish a pack in Gotham City.
Oh yeah, he's also a metahuman shapechanger.
A black European wolf, obviously.
He's even more dangerous in his wolf form, which weighs up to three hundred pounds of solid muscle and fur, and has a bite worse than a pit bull.
He isn't a werewolf; the condition is inherited, not passed on through saliva.

SEASON ONE / STORY SEVEN
Another glorious day in Gotham City, and at Gotham City Docks a very expensive cargo is about to come ashore.....
But what's this? A shady looking gent with a grey handlebar mousetache,long-flowing grey hair,wearing a grey frock coat,with a grey pin-striped three-piece suit? And the cargo....tea....
Can it be that Earl Grey has resurfaced in Gotham City?
"Any minute now Tea Leaf,and the loot is ours,horrrr horrr horrrr"
Tea Leaf,in his most evil of cockney accents replies,"I cant wait Guv,all that stash,all that lovely d..."
"....Drinking,that's right Tea Leaf"
"But Guv,surely we can sell some of it,you did say its valuable"
"VALUABLE!!!!! VALUABLE!!!!"Grey takes a deep breath,"It is the best Ceylon tea known to man.It is from the fields of Maracus.It is worth $82,548 a gram.And there are 317 crates on board the SS Newmar.I do not intend to make money from this,just to consume it.These peasants think it is a supermarket(shivers when he says that) brand."
As the ship pulls in,Earl Grey(Stephen Fry),Tea Leaf(Jake Wood)and their 4 reprobates in their pay make their move.They pull out their teabag guns and hold the docksiders up and as the ship docks,Grey and Leaf commandeer the crew,tie them up and are about to take the cargo when they hear a familiar noise.
"Oh no,not them" Grey exclaims.(looking up to the sky)"Why me? Cosy,Cup,Strainer and Pot you hold the Dyamic Duo off, whilst me and Leaf will obtain the goodies" The 4 nod and run off.Next thing,the same 4 fly straight past them.
"Hand yourself in Earl,your plan is s-CUP-pered" Batman says
"Never!Leaf,shoot them with my teabag gun"
Leaf does his best,but Robin throws a Bat-a-rang and knocks it flying out of his hand.Leaf rubs his hand
"Alright, dont MILK it" Earl Grey insists."Now,the cargo is mine"He says as he draws a teabag gun out and backing towards the crates he pulls a lever
"You wont like it" Batman says
"Oh no?" Grey says.The Duo shake their heads.Earl Grey opens the hatch...
"NOOOOOOOO!"
"What is it Batman?" asks Robin.
Batman smiles,"Coffee old chum"

Night of the Scarecrow
It is evening at the Gotham First Farmers’ Bank. Just before closing a man walks in wearing a hat and top coat. As he approaches the teller he removes the coat and hat to reveal he is dressed as a Scarecrow. He pulls qhat looks like an oversized water pistol. He spritzes the teller with a spray bottle. She suddenly covers her face and screams: “Snakes!, Snakes!” While the teller is paralyzed with fright he cleans out her cash drawer. A guard rushes up and is sprayed. He screams “Fire!” and cowers in fear as The Scarecrow flees.
In the commissioner’s office, Gordon says. “The poor teller and the guard are recovering. The teller has a fear of snakes and was convinced she was being attacked by them. The guard has a fear of fire and was convinced the bank was on fire. O’Hara, Basch do either of you think you can take on this sinister Scarecrow?” The two look at the Batphone.
In Wayne manor Bruce holds a book while dick recites: : “Acrophobia fear of heights Acousticophobia fear of noise, Bacillopohobia fear of germs Barophobia fear of gravity Gosh Bruce psyche is tough. ‘
“Understanding psychology is important. Understanding people’s fears, dreams, hopes. It’s a fascinating subject.”
Alfred comes in
“It’s the Batphone Sir”
The two hurry into the study. Bruce answers the phone, and the commissioner tells him he fears there is a new villain in town. A sinister Scarecrow”
In the commissioner’s office they go over the facts of the crime. Batman speculates the Scarecrow must have used some sort of hallucinogen that brings out a person’s deepest fear.
Meanwhile in the Scarecrow’s hideout The Scarecrow, his moll Fraidy and his mean Fear and Terror admire the loot.
“They laughed at me but they won’t laugh now!”
Fraidy asks “Who laughed at you?”
As a boy I Jonathan Crane was laughed at by my friends and called a Scarecrow by the other children because of my shabby clothes. Even my coworkers at Gotham Biochemical Research laughed. My superior Dr. Syn called me mad when I told I learned the secret of mans deepest fears. No one will laugh now!”
Fraidy: “No one is laughing now boss!”
“By now Gordon has called in the caped crusader and the boy wonder. The first order of business is to dispose of them.”
In Commissioner Gordon’s office the phone rings. The commissioner answers. It is the Scarecrow. He asks to talk to Batman and tells him that he is going to rob the box office of the Gotham City Bijou.
At the Bijou the Scarecrow sprays the box office clerk who starts screaming about spiders. The theater manager comes running and is sprayed she screams she is falling. An usher is sprayed and screams about rats. They clear out the money as the duo arrive.
Scarecrow sprays Batman who begins whimpering and crying Scarecrows! He points the sprayer at Robin and squeezes but nothing comes out. “I’m out of Fright Mist”. Fear and Terror come up behind Robin and subdue him.
Robin regains consciousness in a large building. Batman is still cowering. They are on a conveyor belt leading into a large machine.
“That stuff won’t wear off of Batman for at least 20 minutes. Wondering where you are Boy Wonder? You’re in an abandoned canning factory. This machine is use to remove corn from cobs for canning. Imagine what it will do to you!”
He starts the conveyor and the duo move slowly towards the de-cobber.
“Now back to the hideout. I’ve got to make up another batch of Fright Mist before tonight’s revel end!”
The Scarecrow and his crew leave.Can this be the Ear-Y end for the dynamic duo.
Shredded by a corn de-cobber.
Turned into niblets.
Be hear tomorrow night.
Same Bat Time .
Same Batchannel.
