Wayne Manor in "The Mentalist"

Watching this week's episode of "The Mentalist" starring Aussie Simon Baker (Season 5 Ep 5-Red Dawn) I noticed a familiar house in the background. In the scene where they visit a Judge's house I am sure it is Wayne Manor. Did anyone else notice this?

It has probably already been mentioned that the exterior is seen in the 2010 movie
"Dinner for Schmucks" as the location for said dinner. :geek:
