Re: “The Law” STRIKES AGAIN! Hot Wheels 2025 Batboat saga.

I once got a box from Japan that I had mailed myself, it took months to get it after I was back, and it showed up as just the lid with an apology note taped to it. That was the MOST destroyed package I've seen.

Re: For Lewis Wilson BATMAN (And Serial) Fans...

I can understand it, I feel the same way about Batman being cast in a rubber suit. Doesn't work for me at all. The Phantom is a minor character here in the States but remains hugely popular in India, Australia and Sweden. I know this for a fact because my #2 son (also a huge Phantom fan) and I often...

Re: For Lewis Wilson BATMAN (And Serial) Fans...

The Phantom is arguably the first costumed comic hero and his story is unique in that his saga goes back 400 years so the character is generational passing the mantle on as that era's Phantom ages out or is killed (something that is addressed in the Columbia Serial right in Chapter One). Lee Falk's ...

Re: “The Law” STRIKES AGAIN! Hot Wheels 2025 Batboat saga.

I seldom keep anything mint in the package but this can be frustrating. Your box looks like it was trampled by something. The other shoe of "The Law" dropping will be your walking into CVS today to buy some vitamins and walking straight into a display stand of Bat Boats all MOC staring you...

That's great, Biff.

Re: For Lewis Wilson BATMAN (And Serial) Fans...

I became a big Phantom fan when a friends older brother gifted me a box of his old Captain Action's. The serial is one of my favorites too, along with ADV OF CAPTAIN MARVEL, the first BATMAN, GREEN HORNET STRIKES AGAIN, SPIDER'S WEB, THE SHADOW, all of the FLASH GORDON serials and even BUCK ROGERS w...

Re: For Lewis Wilson BATMAN (And Serial) Fans...

A couple of folks have asked me to post any other figures he makes, I don't have a ton of reference photos, but here are his two Tom Tyler figures from ADVENTURES OF CAPTAIN MARVEL and THE PHANTOM. https://andytfish.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/tom-tyler-phantom.jpg?w=1062 https://andytfish.com/wp...

Keeping in mind that I don't have the figure in hand, I wanted to wait to 100% recommend the customizer. I'll DM you Randy.

It's not Batman but it's Batman-related-- looking forward to the Corgi redo of Green Hornet's Black Beauty in April.

Re: For Lewis Wilson BATMAN (And Serial) Fans...

https://i.redd.it/115mn6vy7pde1.jpeg Wilson's costume always gets a lot of heat-- but it's actually one of the most accurate page to screen versions ever done. The character had only been published for four years-- in those early days the Batmobile was a red convertible-- and to interpret the ears ...

Re: For Lewis Wilson BATMAN (And Serial) Fans...

Sorry for all of you who are sick of me talking about it, but the artist finished my figure and I think it's killer. Have to decide which serial character (or Maybe TV Superman) to get next?

Re: The West Overlooks Gotham

Yeah this level of seriousness is a little silly for the version, but not being a fan of Jim Lee's work I think this is a solid take. Can't support AI in any form though, that's just me.

Re: 1/6 and 1/9 scale ‘66 GH and Kato head sculpts on eBay

Mike M and I bought some custom serial heads from this guy, or at least I've definitely bought something from him- might be the low budget vampire-- and while I would recommend against classictvtoys because they fall apart I've used them with the modern Mego bodies and they're top notch. Ben is righ...
